You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jl128. Unauthorized use of jl128's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jl128 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if jl128 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jl128's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl128 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl128 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jl128 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jl128's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jl128 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jl128 reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by any regulatory authority including PAGCOR.

Upon termination of your account for cause, jl128 reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, jl128 may forfeit the balance in full. If no breach is confirmed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your jl128 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method, provided all applicable KYC and withdrawal conditions have been satisfied. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) serves as the primary regulatory authority overseeing jl128's online gaming operations.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent jl128 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

jl128 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jl128 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the jl128 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.
